LEGISLATION E-TICKET
The processing of E-Ticket is mandatory for each passenger complete with accuracy the information in the electronic Ticket for the General Migration Directorate, the Directorate General of Customs and the Ministry of Public Health, according to the law 285-04 , 115-17, 72-02 and 226-06.
The e-Ticket is a document issued by the government of the dominican republic for the control of entry and exit from the country.
The form must be completed by all passengers, whether dominican or foreign, into or out of the Dominican Republic and will be requested during the inspection of customs.

This form replaces the three forms currently required: Card International Boarding and Disembarkation, Customs Declaration Form, and Affidavit of Health of the Traveller. Now all this information is located on a single site.
The form can be completed one week prior to your arrival to the Dominican Republic, up to the moment before you go through Migration
If you are travelling as a family, you must fill out the form with the data of all members of the family that will be traveling, however, it is only necessary that you create a single user on the system and that the user fill in the data of all members of the family that they belong to that trip, up to 6 additional members who are completing the form (7 people in total, per form). It is not necessary that every traveller of the same family must fill out an individual form.
The beginning of the form you must specify the amount of additional family members to you with this traveling. For example, if you are traveling for a family of 4 people, you must add only 3 people, and the platform will assume that you are 4 passengers in total: the user who is filling out the form, plus the 3 additional.
If you are traveling more than 7 people, you must fill out an additional form to the other.
The form must be completed for both adults and children for parties of Migration and Public Health; however, the kids do not fill the part of Customs, only adults. It will generate a single QR code for the family.
No, you must fill out the form once for input and another for output, so you have two QR codes in the case of a round trip flight.
